Prospector Axe soulbound when picked up when initially it's BoE

Earlier today i picked up a rare drop Called Prospectors Axe, it's BoE but when i picked it up it was Automatically soulbound, Idk if this is an isolated incident or not, i would of liked for it to be sold instead of it being useless now lol
