Cant restor chars

When i login in game i see 4 chars on realm, but ther is no one i cn loggin, btc chache i cleaned, i try to restore chars at web, its tell me about smth wrong but login and pass - is correct Help

Hi, I have the same problem. I had never played or transferred my chars (29+) to light's hope and I was not banned in game.

I played on the server "Elysium" . After this project was back online  I have changed my password.

But I'm not able to restore my characters. Before "Stratholme" was on - I tried it severals times and I got only: "Wrong password or authentication rejected"

Now after "Stratholme"  is online I tried it again. I'm not able to choose "Elysium" as server for the restauration (if I chosse Darrowshore and Ana... I got also the message: Wrong password or authentication rejected").

If I log into the game I see Nighthaven (1) character and Stratholme Test [11-20] 2 characters. When I chosse the realm Nighthaven I have no character to choose ?

How can I restore my "good old" elysium characters?

The server isn't up yet. Nighthaven is a completely separate NEW server. Wait until it's up to try restoring and see if they show up then.
