I can provide the username if needed, but would rather not post any account details publicly if possible. Anyway, I can login to the game, but none of the characters I had previously are there. I was able to create a new one and play that at least, but then I went onto the Elysium website to change my account password and got an error message saying invalid username/password. I'm using the same credentials I logged into the game with. I was also unable to use the Character Restoration function for the same reason (username/password invalid).
