When I found out that Elysium was running again and read that the 3 old servers are going to be merged into one, Stratholme, I restored my characters immediately (around 10th of November). Now that Stratholme is released, I decided to check if my characters were there, and to my own surprise, none of them were. So, I went back to Character Restoration to try and give it another shot, but it keeps blocking me off like this! (I removed my account details from the boxes for safety) So, I am now in a pinch where I can't get back my own characters even I use the account information in Light's Hope and Elysium which are the same.
