LF simple player health and power bar addon

Ahoy, I don't really like using weightful unitframes addons, so I'm looking for a simple player health and power addon. The reason is the default one seems too big for me. Here is a link to an example of what I'm looking for - the main request for the addon is to be simple and small, and be able to position the bar anywhere on the screen. Thank you :)
