Lost account and characters from Elysium server. Last login: September/October 2017

After long brake (September/October 2017), im tried to login to my account (Game client/ Web site), but appeared message that account not exist. 

I'm tried to restore characters/ reset password/ restore password, but nothing helped. Error message: "Account not found".

Username: Sublustrum 

Character names (2 of them): Amonia, Sublustrum.

If its possible to restore account and characters?
