I've stopped playing on the Elysium server shortly before the Light's hope Drama, and although i vaguely tried following the consequences of this event on the server ( through reddit and everything ), I did not keep myself up to date on new realms and whatnot. Today the urge to play on a decent version of World of Warcraft has grew on me once again, and after trying to log on Elysium, I've noticed the old servers are gone and merged into one ( nighthaven ). My account's username and password are still working and i can log on it, but all my characters are gone. Furthermore, going through the "character restoration" tab on the website tells me that either my username is wrong or my authentification has been rejected. I tried logging on Light's hope by changing the realmlist to theirs and using my same username and password ( considering they use Elysium's old database ) and my characters were there, sitting on their copy of the Anathema server. Can someone fill me in on why I can't restore my characters on Nighthaven? Can't characters from Anathema get restored? Was there a precise period of time you had to use the restore tool in and I'm late on it? Is this a bug? I have no desire to play on Light's hope, but I will be honest and say that I have even less of a wish to level all the way back up to 60...
