Fps drops on my PC stable 60Fps on my laptop

I have an interesting problem i m using my pc to play wow. (Pc : GTX1060 6GB Ryzen1600 CPU 8G2400Mhz RAM) (Laptop:Gt740m intel4500cpu 6gb1333mhz Ram) as you see my PC is a new system so i m expected a great game experience on it. but like a joke my Laptop gives 60 stable Fps and my Pc giving 200fps sometimes 20 fps sometimes i m so tired to searching about this on internet i tried to reinstall game, closing all addons, reduce all graphic options but there is not any good results.So i decided to write there waiting for your helps thanx to all !

(In PUBG GTAV etc.  i m having  great fps and i m not having any problems )
