How do I get my old characters back from anathema

I haven't played in about 5-6 months and now I believe that you guys did some kind of merge and if you want to play your old characters you need to restore them? I am having trouble figuring out how to do that. There was a link on the main Elysium page but when I went to that and typed in my info all I got was wrong password or bad authentication. Really confused on what I am supposed to do.
