Nighthaven - slow login and then disconnected

Hi,

I have had this issue since yesterday. It takes a long time to log in (to get to the character screen), and once logged into a character, my ping seems ok (260ms) but no other players appear, and I get disconnected after 1 minute. Is this normal? It was working fine until Monday
