Missing Item due to DC

Hello Support,

I have been in contact with your GM´s on the server for the first time, and the encounter was less satisfactory as I had hoped, since I am now waiting more than 24 hours for actually just have some kind of concrete answer, I am writing here on the forum, as for I am worried the people in charge dont take this serious enough.

I noticed I was missing my staff after an MC run, where Ragnaros bugged infront of us, caused by the server crashed/dcéd.

In that time we waited for the whole raid to gather before ending a raid due to 30 mins downtime and server lag, we were fishing in front of the spawn.

- Another DC occured and as the lucky one from my guild, when I logged in again I was having my fishing pole on, and couldnt find my staff.

A GM of yours: SANSO told me without proof you couldnt help.

I was then told to write back if the staff still wasnt in my bag, which of logical reasons is WHY I am contacting you guys..

 

Now I recieved a new answer from GM (not sanso), to provide with more information to my ticket.

What more do you need? 

Now Daily I work with customer service, and I can only be honest that at "Norwegian Airles" we dont have the best service at all times, but I can assure you I atleast would provide you as a customer with an answer within the first encounter with me, not 24 or more hours after your flight has passed. (this is a failure).

Can I please ask for someone to just look in to my case, my game is currently non-exsisting since what the heck can a mage do without his main weapon + 30 dmg spell, which I used more than 40 runs in Dire Maul to get.

So when you created your ticket that I answered to, there was no link connected to it. Your Second ticket that Nalfein took you didn't have the link as well as the staff name and you were afk so the ticket was closed. Now that you have showed us the link, the staff appears to be a blue item which we only restore Epic quality and quest items. I am sorry for any inconvenience
