Halligan is advertising for another server.

I have attached 3 pictures showing halligan on Alliance Nighthaven advertising to another server to the guild. You can see he talks about how you guys are apparently stealing code as he try to convince us all to change servers. He booted me when I said it was uncool. He also is whispering folks telling them to join another server.
