Enrage not proccing? amidointhisrite? (xpost)

Cross posting from the warrior forum, which doesn't seem to get much traffic:

Hey,

First time leveling a fury warrior and I put my first talent into enrage about 30 minutes ago. However, it doesn't seem to be proccing. Blood Craze & Enrage should both proc whenever I get hit by a crit right? But see pic: I have the talent, and Blood Craze is proccing, but Enrage isn't. Am I missing something? Any help would be appreciated.

This seems to have resolved after spending several hours offline. Strange bug. Anyone encountered it before?
