TBC and the Sunwell Shitshow launch.

With Netherwing release date announced for April 1st, 2019 and the horrible Sunwell launch yesterday (ongoing; they still don't know how to fix it) I think now would be a good time to strike.  I personally didn't know there was a third TBC contender until after some recent digging on reddit.  Nethwing shills heralding their server as the best thing since Gummy's, but it is 4 months away.  Many people wasting countless hours today and yesterday trying to log on to Sunwell, but you can play on Nighthaven right now.  As I understand it, progress made will be copied over to the new TBC when it drops.  Just food for thought.

 

Edit: Atlantiss' teaser video for Netherwing shows 04.01.2019 but the announcement states January.  Whatevs, you can still play the Elysium Project right now instead of getting one shot by the "Connected" boss on Sunwell.

I don't think it works that way XD

There's a lot of work amidst.

However, I would release it before March... since retail vanilla will diminish the amount of  TBC players on release.

Atlantiss is Europe-based I think, which would mean 04.01.2019 means 4th January. Most European countries use dd/mm/yyyy date format.

You are absolutely correct.   I feel like a complete idiot.  I can't believe I missed that. 😳

Finally got in to play yesterday.  Aggro range on mobs seems bigger than normal.  Still spotty on the log in server issues.  I will probably take a pass on this one.  PoE Betrayal drops on the 7th.

Haha don't worry, I'm from the UK so I make the same mistake all the time, just in reverse 🙃

I was planning to play PoE at league start as well, but having only just started here I can already feel its hooks in me. I guess I'll see which I end up devoting more time to!
