how to see ennemy and ally health

hello,

My problem is very simple, i would like to be able when i select an ally or ennemy, to drag my mouse over their health bar and see their health (or mana) but i can't and i wasn't able to fix it in the menu option.

You can't see health of your target (except allies) in Vanilla. Some addons estimate health as XPerl or MobInfo.

You can only if you are in group/raid with them.

Did you check the option to see text bar information in Interface menu ?

there is a "status bar text" option that i checked, i only see my health and mana with that, not health from party members.

I just tried with a fresh character and yes, it seems you can't see this information with default interface. You can use XPerl or similar to fix this problem.
