Can´t turn in Quest "Ledger from Tanaris"

Hello everyone, i have been having some issues with 2 quest today, the first "caught" and the follow up "Ledger from Tanaris", the first one required killing 8 mobs and bringing 15 silk cloth, which i did, unable to turn in, solved by relogging and cancle/doing quest again.

Now i did "ledger from Tanaris" it´s marked as completed and all items required are in my inventory but the npc to turn it in has the button greyed out, tried putting them in bank and relogging, taking them out, with /without add ons and deleting wdb/wtf folders.

 

Edit: Some friendly Gm cancled and reaccepted the quest for me and it worked afterwards, items were not destroyed for those with the same problem
