Two same name characters on Nighthaven

I use the account in a character to another character by mail, found the game called Tinystar name never received it, I assumed it was a bug, I went on the "find character" feature, and it turns out there are two people have the exact same character name.

I'm the priest of level 60 on Nighthaven. If can, please return the items I mailed before and rename the level 1 Warlock 。
