Murloc boss loot couldnt be picked up.

Hi, I ran a WC group yesterday, Im a priest, the rest were warrior and shaman. On murloc boss, he dropped the mp5 shoulder pads and even though loot was on need before greed, I was the only one it wouldnt pop up for. So everyone passed and it still said that the loot was being rolled for. I couldnt pick it up. They passed me the Leader position and everyone left the instance, I changed it to free for all, and tried to pick it up and it said "looting this item will bind it to you" i clicked yes of course. But it wouldnt go into my inventory and I had PLENTY of free space. They all quit the group and no matter what I couldnt pick it up until the instance kicked me out. 

If a gm could help me with this that'd be greatly appreciated, i didnt get any great loot and should have if this didnt bug out, you can see my character and my account. It's super hard right now to get low lvl instance going.
