no connection

Hi there, i have a little problem with my connection in game.

So..i try to ping logon.elysium-project.org ( in cmd ) and no response.

So i chanced the connection of my internet via my pohne( hotspot) and it working..

From where is the problem?

Same thing here. Its just say connecting then disconnect whatever i tried there theres no wrong or anyting it doesnt reach the server.
