Trouble with Shadow Charger mount (store item)

Hello! a few days ago I purchased a Shadow Charger mount in yr website store for 250 coins. the website states that he has 100% speed, but in the game it is not and he runs at the same speed as my old black stallion (60%).
I ask you to take the mount back and return me 250 coins to account  and 719 gold i`ve spent on learning 150 riding skill to ride this mount. Otherwise, I would not acquire this skill, since I farm a frost saber in WS  that requires only 75 skills.
