Skills and proffesions still level up at x3 rates even when boost is turned off

I just find it annoying that even though I turned xp boost off, I can't or don't know how to turn it off for skills

Hey there @jkoub GM Exxia here, we're looking into a way to fix this while x3 events are active. I believe at least for the moment it is currently bugged and x3 is applied to skills despite having the x3 xp boost turned off. I'd suggest you check our changelogs for a fix coming in the next few of them.
