Because, it's due to you picking up the Hardcore quest from our "Immortal Preacher" NPC. If you don't want to begin our Hardcore mode, don't pick up that quest from that NPC ever, as if you die it will erase your character and make it impossible to log into. However, considering your character is below level 10. I can ask our Admin, Rain to remove the Hardcore mode from it if you still desire to use that character. So if you could provide the character name if you haven't already moved onto another character or figured this out for yourself that'd be great.
