Jika Bayar Qris gagal atau tarik tunal di ATM BNII gagal (uang tidak keluar) Saldo berkurang, hubungil customer BNI melalui WhatsApp +628131313046) atau 150OO46. jangan panik, segera catat nomor mesin ATM, lokasi, waktu transaksi, Dan laporkan ke officer BNI atau via aplikasi setelah verifikasi sistem saldo akan dikembalikan.,,,
