thanks have done it he only said that i needed to verefy my acount via email but how do you do that when the site dont recognise my email?

hey i had to make a new acount just to write this. i played as normal yesterday lvl 40 hunter and today when i try to logginn it just says the acount is banned, and on the elysium website it dosnt reconise my acount name or e-mail. what can i do is this happening to anny other players maby ann admin can help me recover my acount? dont realy want to start over have about 3 weeks playtime on that one. thanks for anny relpy
