In your video it shows you playing Light's Hope. We are unable to assist you with problems unrelated to NightHaven.

It will be a 2-4 week rollback depending on the server. To be safe expect a 4 week rollback.

We setup a "trick" like last time to extend this limit. Basically made two extra realms which were showing (11-20) (21-30) so you see the characters above the limits on these "extra realms" Its of course the same realm, just showing different characters. Its basically the only way to show more than 10 characters in the default client and allowing players to keep all their characters.
