Hey there! That def sounds frustrating! Once the server is back up and running, please have both parties disable all addons and try again. Ensure neither party has you in their ignore list. I'm assuming the other party is also above level 15, yes? You might ensure the other party resets their folders as well.

It doesn't spawn in the same place, it's fairly random. Maybe try asking around, and if you find someone that can see one, go to their location. If you can't see it with them, please submit a ticket in game with details and screenshots or video.

Hi there, the floating debris and wreckage both disappear after they've been fished. It's quite possible someone has gotten to them before you. Keep trying, you'll get one eventually! 🙂

Ensure you're in the right area, they have to be Vilebranch mobs. Make sure you're not in a raid. Does your quest tracker show completion? What happens when you try to turn in, do you get an error?

Hi Chintiki, that's because there is a minimum level requirement to use whisper on this server. You should be able to solo to level 10 without too much trouble.
