Indeed Ztiller, GM Exxia here. Are you still having this issue? Because, it's due to you picking up the Hardcore quest from our "Immortal Preacher" NPC. If you don't want to begin our Hardcore mode, don't pick up that quest from that NPC ever, as if you die it will erase your character and make it impossible to log into. However, considering your character is below level 10. I can ask our Admin, Rain to remove the Hardcore mode from it if you still desire to use that character. So if you could provide the character name if you haven't already moved onto another character or figured this out for yourself that'd be great. Take care and have a great day / night!

Hey there Kelly, GM Exxia here. Sadly there isn't all too much you can do about this. I'd recommend you just check further up in this thread. The best way to have a VPN as Kruxis said, but if it's possible for it to be added to the webfilter your school / college has you could do it that way also. But the likelihood of that is really low. @KellyRolands

Hey there Rowlin, GM Exxia here. I've asked our Admin. Rain to remove your Hardcore from that character, as I presume you aren't online currently. However, if your character isn't dead you can also do this yourself by doing .hardcore disable. Provided that your character is below level 10 and as mentioned before not dead. I can also disable it myself, provided you're online. If Rain hasn't done it by the time you next log, you know how to disable it by doing .hardcore disable on the character you have it enabled on. As for if your character is dead I've already asked Rain and he can restore it if that's the case. But if you need me to disable it while you're online just either contact me here or on Discord at the tag Exxia#5442. @Rowlin

If your character is already dead, just give me the name and I can have Rain restore it for you 😄

Hey there Maseeboss, GM Exxia here. You've made a Hardcore character, the best thing to do in that situation is to just not speak to the "Immortal Preacher" NPC, as that's the one that gives you the Hardcore start quest. Other than that, your best options to get rid of the Hardcore, is to notify a GM such as myself by DM'ing us on Discord or on the Forums or making a ticket in-game. So we can remove it from you ourselves. on top of that you should be able to do .hardcore disable yourself. That should remove it also, as long as you're below level 10 and not dead xD. @maseboss

All items have been added to their respective vendor's Storm Set to the <Offsets> vendor, all the weapons to the <Melee Weapons> vendor & all needed reagents to enchant the lifestealing and fiery weapon enchantment to the <Enchants 1> vendor. As I can't directly add the enchantments, if you wish to enchant you'll have to take enchanting from the <Professions> vendor and pick up the reagents and do it that way 😄 - Exxia.

Hey there Mirko80, GM Exxia here. Sadly our TBC server "Stormrage" Has been down for some time now, we are looking into possibly bringing it back in the forseeable future. But not at the moment that's for sure, so sadly at this current time there's no way to port your character data to our TBC server. As it's down and not currently in development for now. Just keep an eye on the announcements, as in the future there could be announcements for the plans of "Stormrage" Coming back again!

Hey there @jkoub GM Exxia here, we're looking into a way to fix this while x3 events are active. I believe at least for the moment it is currently bugged and x3 is applied to skills despite having the x3 xp boost turned off. I'd suggest you check our changelogs for a fix coming in the next few of them.

Hey there @NuttyRaccoon GM Exxia here, Light's Hope closed down quite awhile ago. As did our transfers from Light's Hope, so sadly there's nothing we can do to restore / transfer your old character Trollorc from Light's Hope over to Nighthaven. Sadly there's no more I can do in this department nor can the rest of our staff considering our transfers have closed and we no longer have access to anything to do with Light's Hope. Hopefully though you understand 😄

Hey there @Aphasic GM Exxia here, our TBC server Stormrage has been down for some time now. We have no intention to bring it back at least for the forseeable future. So sadly, at least for the time being you won't be able to connect to it. But keep lookng at the announcements once and a while, it may return when it is ready 😄 Hopefully that answers your questions.

Hey there Mirko / Alisia, GM Exxia here. I responded to your ticket in-game. My response was that you have to keep your pet happy and well fed to stop it from running away, as far as I'm aware your pet running away is a Vanilla mechanic. As it's happened to me multiple times while testing hunter related stuff on the PTR, as well as on the live server. So make sure you keep it fed and happy as much as possible and I'm sure it won't run away, stabling it until you have the food is also a decent idea.
