Hey there @sneakynick The server doesn't actually enforce Hardcore mode, you likley picked up the quest from the "Immortal Preacher" In the starting zone, I can removed that if you wish. But you'd need to get into contact with me with in DMs on the forums, or at my Discord tag Exxia#5442. So you can provide me with character name or account name so I'm able to assist in the removal of your Hardcore mode if that's something you want. Also during our x3 events, you're able to turn off the xp gain at will by doing .xp off and alternatively .xp on if you want to turn it back on, I think you'd have to make a macro though if you want to keep it disabled as I believe it reenables on every log-on. Doesn't help with turning off the x3 profession skills though at the moment. Though the event is over now and there won't be another for awhile, Regardless of that. It may take a little while to correct this issue, usually starts working again on a server restart or after Tuesday maintenance. As needs to be changed by Nalfein or Rain. So make sure you don't send any mail until then xD. Though, they are aware and will fix the duplication ASAP. - Exxia.

Strange, I'll let the rest of the team know. WDB / Disabling Addons should usually help in that regard.

That character should automatically delete itself as far as I'm aware, if you are unable to delete yourself. I'd try disabling your addons if you have any. As well as deleting your WDB folder. As they can cause visual bugs and make the Vanilla client bug out occasionally, I don't think those will be an issue. However, you should try them and let me know if it works, if those 2 solutions don't work, then let me know the name of the character you wanted deleting I will then inform Rain or Nalfein so they are able to do that for you :)

Hey there Radu, GM Exxia here. NEVER accept that quest unless you want to start our Hardcore Mode xD. What that means, is essentially no deaths until you reach 60, and you get a special reward for that. But it is really difficult as there are extra limitations as well. So if you want to play normally, NEVER accept that quest. Unless you wanted to play in Hardcore mode that is lol. - Exxia.

No worries, and oh I see. Well, at least you were able to fix your issue with Discord and it works again that's the main thing xD. Just keep in mind the website you checked for next time if it happens again, and make sure your input/outputs and sound settings are correct :)
