Dear community, It is with sadness that we must act under such circumstances. However, rest assured that our loyalties remain with the community in all things.. Our actions Over the course of the next several weeks we will discontinue use of the Nostalrius core. By then, we will have completed Anathema, which will be equal to or superior to the Nostalrius core. We assure you that you will not feel any difference in the cores except for a potential increase in quality. We have been continuously updating the Anathema core side-by-side with the Nostalrius core. All characters that have existed in the game world since Elysium’s launch until now will be maintained and all Nostalrius specific data will be wiped. Nostalrius realms will be renamed to Anathema PvP and Darrowshire PvE. A 30-minute maintenance will occur at 8:00 PM server time to apply the rename and the removal of unclaimed characters. All future Nostalrius related data will be denied. The new realms will not be affected, and Elysium will not disclose any Nostalrius’ data such as the databases and core. Nostalrius handed us the torch, we have no intention of putting it out. They also attack Blizzard, the very entity that we wish to be embraced by in the creation of Legacy servers. So we ask you to be the “bigger man”. Show the world that we are a community and support each other. Nothing will be accomplished through show of strength or base insults. Discuss and explain your interests in ways that upbuild instead of tear down. While criticism is good, it is constructive criticism that is the key to success. The community is big enough for us to coexist but it would be better to exist united. We hope moderators of such discussions, (whether it be social media, a guild, or another server project) and enthusiasts will take this message at heart. This is the community we need to be. We hope you all will not see this as a blow to our progress, but as an opportunity to show the world our resilience. While our predecessor has been fatally wounded, we gain a second wind. As some people have begun to figure out, I have decided to retire from the Elysium Staff. Multiple people have begun to create conspiracy theories about my disappearance and I’d like to make perfectly clear why I am stepping away. It was always my plan to transition myself out of the Elysium team after the first few weeks of the server launch. I was able to help transition the team into this new environment and help coach them on what to expect. My decision to step away is in no way a reflection of the Elysium team. The Elysium team is smart, hard-working, committed, and, most of all, passionate about providing an incredible legacy experience for everyone. I’m passing off leadership to Fenrir, who was the longest tenured IsVV member on Nostalrius and has been my right hand man for nearly 2 years. The job of QA lead is quite demanding and I was consistently spending 20-30 hours a week working to bring our players a better experience. I have a full-time job, a wife and a daughter, and hopefully more children in the future. I’ve had the tremendous opportunity to be serving the legacy player base as the QA lead with two different, incredible teams. I got the opportunity to sit in Blizzard’s board room and advocate for official legacy content. I’ve also began looking for an opportunity to switch careers into the video game industry and I hope that my experiences will prove valuable to a future employer. I’ve been really blessed. Elysium is in good hands and I look forward to what’s ahead. I’m hoping that someday soon Blizzard delivers to their starving fan base the legacy content they deserve. Уважаемые игроки, Мы рады сообщить, что совсем скоро откроется новый игровой мир Elysium PvP. Elysium PvP планируется как прогрессивный игровой мир, и будет развиваться по такому же сценарию, как и уже существующие два. График открытия игрового контента будет опубликован в следующее воскресенье. Увидимся в Азероте, 7 января!

Ну может что-то сделать для тех, кто ещё тут? Можно под-форумы игровых миров добавить, например. Светлую тему — по свободе, сейчас некогда вообще. Я могу стоковую включить, но она не фонтан. Просто РП-разделы на ЕУ-форуме очень активные.
