All is normal for me. Use beast lore on them to know if u can learn smth from this pet, if it shows u can learn and after u tame it there are still no skills, then its some kind of a bug. Try to clear your cache by deleting wdb folder. Edit: here is the complete list of pet skills, check Petopia
