They don't get Claw, but they get Furious Howl which is an amazing ability for group/raid content.

Gore and many other special pet abilities like Spider's web were introduced in TBC. The only special ability Boars have in vanilla is charge.

You are extremely clueless. The clustering system was never implemented since they didn't finish it before shutting down, and there is no need for dynamic respawn times on a server without an extremely high population. The base game was intended to support realms with max 2.5k players online and most private servers before Nost did not even have those numbers. Factor in how much faster people finish leveling now compared to 10 years ago and there's even less competition for respawns.

I would also recommend going horde!

It definitely has way too much aggro. I used my pet to tank dungeon bosses through all my leveling and I couldn't even really pull aggro from my pet until lvl 50+.

10/10 MC today! We still need a few more raiders though, hit us up with those applications aye
