Vsync caps your FPS to your monitors refresh rate which often (but not always) is 60fps. Many gaming monitors these days are 120 or 144hz though meaning FPS would be capped at that refresh rate. EDIT: Formatting.

If you can just "lose" your 2FA and then ask admins to remove it, doesnt that open up as a security concern? I could be wrong ofcourse.

A proxy is "sort of" like a VPN. It's just a different data-route. It shouldnt change the amount of data itself, just the way its transported.

After doing my own investigation on the subject this weekend, this is entirely correct. The people from Elysium could get it before the Merge with Nostalrius, that means the few players from old elysium that managed to farm the rep before merge may have the enchant.
