You can try to change your IP once again, but unfortunately I don't know if it helps or actually prevents you from logging in further. I personally would suggest to wait it out.

There is a system in place that if you type your password or 2FA code wrong multiple times, it will temporarily IP ban you. This ban should limit itself to between 15 and 60 minutes.

I have removed your account name as this is public information in your thread. There is no option to transfer between the servers. If you have transfered a nostalrius account, which shouldn't work anymore since late december, your characters will be on the same server as they were before. @Lorilay This is up to discussion then. It counts as trading too and otherwise the goblin city wouldn't make sense in the Terms of Use.

This is allowed and to do that you are actually allowed to multibox temporarily in the same goblin city. There is a small possibility that their detection might catch and ban you, but if that happens you only have to create an unban appeal. They will then review the case and once they confirm nothing shady was going on you'll be unbanned.

The staff will never consider paid services. Its against their principles.

This is possible, yes. Depends on what your goal is. If you want to raid actively and get the best gear available out of dungeons, it might keep you busy for a long time. Except the higher occurrence of ganking due to the high population on the pvp servers, it sure is something. No. Darrowshire (PvE) or Zeth'Kur (PvP). Darrowshire is on patch 1.6 for one month now. Zeth'Kur is still pre 1.4 and as new as Elysium.

The recipe comes with AQ, which is patch 1.9

Elysium does not offer any server transfers or similar services.

You have to create a new elysium account. You then have the option to transfer your old account into the new account. For the transfer to succeed the new account has to have 0 characters on it.

Unfortunately character restorations are not possible or offered.

AFKing in Battlegrounds is against the Terms of Use. If you encounter players afking report them in an ingame ticket. You may also add proof, like screenshots or videos. Picking herbs or fishing in AV doesn't count as AFKing as far as I know.
