You have to make an ingame ticket for issues like this. Gamemasters will reply faster to tickets than forum threads. To create a ticket you have to use the category "stuck"

Yea, unfortunately you need to log out of the control panel and click the link again to be able to change your password. I guess your account was used to advertise goldselling then and it resulted in a ban today. Best of luck with your appeal.

So its not a ban related to their anti spam filter. Did you encounter something weird lately? Character bugging out and maybe the Anti cheat thought you were hacking?

Which level is your character? Do you have any characters on other servers? Since when do you have the account?

Your account most likely got compromised. Change the password immediately. Unfortunately there is no way to recover lost items or gold.

Gold doesn't just disappear. For ingame issues use the ticket system. You have to create tickets using the "stuck" category.

Make a ban appeal and wait for a GM reply.

Its a captcha to verify you're a human and not a bot. Usually if you tick all correct pictures you are verified and can create your account.

Anything that modifies game files will get you banned.
