They cant support you. They are not responsible for this, they are not able to fix it. Blame and bother Nostalrius.

You can play with 1 character on every server simultaneously. You are not allowed to play 2 characters at the same time on the same server. Except for trading/crafting/portaling in cities only.

Transfers won't help the situation. They won't happen, staff has said multiple times. Please just accept it already. Its another FRESH server, so everyone has to start fresh. Like its supposed to be.

To be honest in the time they review this you could've killed him 20 times with different groups. You have to hit the NPC to be able to loot.

GM's rarely answer in these threads. But if it interests you I was a member of the staff on Nostalrius, so basically my answer is the same as I would've given you as GM.

The only time I got ever hacked in my whole gaming time was during BC retail. Since then I used different accountnames, passwords and even emails for almost everything. Never got hacked since then. So there is obviously nothing wrong when I, and multiple thousand others, are able to secure the own account. "Account security is your responsibility" is the only thing I can say, because its the only answer everyone will give you. Even the staff.

They already said on Nostalrius that it won't happen but they might look into it once the servers are on the same timeline (so end of vanilla)

They don't do that, sorry.

They're all volunteers, they can't look into every compromised account for each deleted/sold/sent item or gold. Its their policy to save a lot of time. If you've changed your password after the announcement and before you got hacked, you probably chose a similar or as easy password :/ Well, or a password you've used before.

Have u tried to delete the WDB folder yet? Close the game > Go into your WoW directory > Delete WDB (I recommend opening the WDB folder and deleting everything but "wowcache") > Restart game

Unfortunately you still have to report it on the bugtracker, not the forums. Bug reports on the forums get ignored for a reason. You have to wait until the bugtracker is up.

If you believe it is a bug, check the bugtracker. If you can't find a bug report, create one about it. But only if you're absolutely sure its a bug.
