They can only restore unique quest rewards you previously had and only a specific amount of items total. Read the help information regarding that and contact them ingame with quest name, quest id, item name and item id

It's not exaggerated. As horde that played since day 1 on Nostalrius PvE (now Darrowshire) to escape the 12.5k+ peaks on laggy PvP (now Anathema) I can tell you that finding dungeons while leveling isn't impossible, but takes a very long time. I sometimes see the same maraudon groups, ST groups and a few other dungeon groups looking for members for more than 3 hours, then they give up. High level dungeons are not impossible either of course, but here in fact it also takes quite a long time, especially if you need a tank. While leveling and especially max level you should just join any guild, then you can find dungeons faster with guildmates or alts of them.

Yea right, all GM's are members in Grizzly. A guild that joins any new vanilla server, loses MC serverfirst race and then quits. Really smart, how could we all not see it all this time.

You are not the only guild experiencing such issues. It happens frequently and the issue can't be fixed that easily as the issue is apparently pretty deep in the code and changing something in the raid ID code can go soooo damn wrong that they'd have to rollback etc. They'll find and fix it eventually, but with raid ID code... any dev has to be extra careful and it needs more than just thorough internal testing.

They can not help you. Issue and solution are completly on your end. Staff can't do anything for you.

Posting the blizzcon schedule doesn't confirm anything. It's literally the same as every year with the addition of one more artist panel. All wow panels last only 1 hour, do you honestly think they will talk 1 hour about legacy instead of their new mythic+ difficulty dungeons? There will not be any legacy.

You can explore as much as you want. Dungeons really aren't that much of an experience, especially since you will run specific dungeons a looot of times once you hit 60. Focus on the game itself, the classes, the quests and stories they tell you, not some random dungeon. Also, knowing everything about the game doesn't mean that you can't play it. MinMaxing is a lot of fun for a lot of players as well.
