If they would have banned you, you wouldn't be able to use your actual account. They don't ban you from the website nor any IP's in general.

To be honest the current PvE realm would be still your best option to play on. Its only close to BWL release, so still "fresh". Also its the only really good PvE vanilla server there is in general and I don't think another PvE is neccessary since the pop is between 4k-6k which is more than healthy.

add this to your realmlist. Set realmname "Nostalrius PvE" You can replace that with "Nostalrius PvP" or "Elysium PvP"

The token generator is currently having some issues. The nostalrius staff will fix it when they've found a solution, until then no one is able to recover their old account.

I havent heard anything about a mats refund when they announced it. Have you read an official statement regarding that and could link it?
