Well, you say you have no characters on this account, "even tho" you don't have created any chars on this account? Maybe I misunderstand or you phrased that wrong. Anyways, characters don't just disappear. You most likely transfered the wrong account.

You can fix this by deleting your "WTF" folder, but I don't recommend that. I remember you could also edit your realmlist.wtf like this: and it would fix it too.

To achieve this do this: Go into your WoW Directory Open the "WTF" folder Open "Account" Open the Account you used until now and will continue to use Copy the folder of the server you've played on and have set up your addons on Paste it, so you have it twice Rename it to the server you plan to play on Open the just copied & renamed folder Change the character name to the name you'll use for your new character.
