Client and Server are both 1.12.1, only the raid content and item databases are based on earlier patches given their timeline. Theoretically, Elysium PvP will start on patch 1.2

To be honest, the majority will just post it anywhere else like their ban appeals, because they like to ignore reading as much as possible. Also, sharing videos/screenshots or any other proof isn't that complicated with a ticket or GM whispering you :/

Unfortunately I dont remember anymore how it was 2006. But I guess when they say its intended, it should work like it does now.

Its not broken.. We've killed Tyrande and Fangral short after relaunch too and alliance had to wait ~24 hrs.

Its not a bug from what I've heard from GM's. "AFK and DND are now working like in 2006" is in their patchnotes too, so..
