Cmon, is it that hard. They don't ban you if you stick to the rules, they don't ignore your appeals. All of the players that got banned recently were apparently goldsellers and goldbuyers, proven by the list that is going around, proven by staff in some thread answers... Edit: And if it interests you, every member of the staff is a volunteer. They will do ban appeals once they are able to. And if there are multiple hundreds, they need time to review every appeal properly.

You dont need to be online. GM's can unstuck you while the character is offline.

I had a similar issue 1-2 hours ago. Turned out I was muted by the spam filter because I used a "$" or something else that was filtered. Try to make a ticket and see if they unmute you.

Then I would say you sent it to the wrong character :/ A GM could probably forward it to a higher up so they can check for you tho. For this you may create an ingame ticket. Remember that tickets have to be created using the "Stuck" category

If I remember correctly the "same account = no waiting" rule came way later. Close your game and delete the WDB folder in your WoW directory. Then restart the game and check if the issue has been resolved. If this doesn't work, it is most likely one of your addons at fault.
