This doesn't work. You have to create your ticket with "Stuck" > "Still stuck, page a GM"

These disconnects don't just let your gold vanish. Also your ivory won't vanish due to this or the rollbacks. You'd get rollbacked to the point before you sold it everytime.

Sorry, but the characters are gone. They do not restore deleted characters or items/gold. Only exception are quest items that can't be achieved again. For this create an ingame ticket. Account security is your responsibility. In the future don't use the same credentials on multiple websites/servers. Also, never post your information like you did just now.

You have to remember at least 2 of 3 credentials to generate your token. Currently the token generator doesn't work tho, so you won't be able to transfer for a while. If you can't remember the information and thus are unable to transfer your account, you are unfortunately forced to make a new account and play from scratch.

You can retrieve your stolen account in regards to the token transfer. If someone else used your account/token to transfer the account to elysium and thus you can't yourself anymore, they will assist. Restoring characters is theoretically possible, but they won't do it. I dont know why this topic is still a thing, they have said multiple times they wont, and there is a logical reason for them to stick with it. They do not have the time. Its not a simple backup of your character, its not a button they have to click. Even if you never shared your account, you used the same credentials on multiple forums and/or servers. Account security is your responsibility and proven by the fact you were hacked, it is not "fine enough". All you can do is level again. Sorry for your loss.

If you have created a new elysium account, you had the chance to change the email. If you haven't used that chance to change your used email, you can't anymore. There is no other way to do this and there will never be.

Accounts dont vanish. Wait for the maintenance to end and check again with logging in.

That is not how it is. The pre 1.4 mounts show dedication, that is all. They're an important part of the server progression. I know they have more important issues, but this is an issue too. Just ignore the issue if you get triggered that easily by a normal suggestion.

They're allowed to "grief" them as long as they don't do it for 24 hours straight. Also, you can make an ingame ticket to report stuck NPC's or NPC's you can't seem to find. GM's will fix them.
