Because no one with the addon has inspected you yet. I use this addon, but I mainly play on the PvE server. Usually when I play I target everyone close to have their data atleast once on Realmplayers. If no one does that, your character can't be there^^

They already said ~1 week ago that the anti cheat is not fully implemented yet Like the mac boat/zep fix was with their anti cheat etc

Dont believe everything people say. If someone gets banned and knows they bought gold, they most likely won't admit it to anyone and try to get their acc back. I've been doing transactions of multiple thousand golds the last weeks and on old nost and never got into any trouble.

The rollback was actually older than the day of the announcement. So its not an issue, your character never went to BWL and got these items in general. Edit: Also remove the account information

They don't avoid your post, they don't delete your post. Your ban reason might be something they need to discuss internally and thus moved the thread in the staff section. If you're absolutely sure you had an appeal created, then just wait for them to get back to you. If they don't within the next 7 days, create another one.

Bug reports have to be submitted into the bug tracker, not the forums :/

You think this is just an answer, but it isnt. I can't really go into that topic, but GM's handle these reports. Obviously there is a much more higher chance for the GM's to act if you provide proof by the way. A video, some screenshots.

Elysium gives you any information you ask for. They provide the links you need, like the Nost token generator. But we're not talking about giving these information. He complains about the Nost token generator not working. This issue has nothing to do with elysium. Everything before the actual transfer (which the token generating falls into) is completly Nost related. Elysium CAN'T help you. They can't transfer your account, they can't give you any more information about when its fixed. Its NOSTALRIUS responsibility.

Report players being AFK through a ticket. Reminder; you have to use the "Stuck, still stuck" option to create Tickets.

Its obvious that buying gold is a permanent ban. They take it as serious as botting, we're not retail after all. As part of the punishment for people that buy gold, or bot, they want you to lose everything. So you accept that its bad after all. Also, they take care of the advertisement bots. They just create multiple characters & level them automatically, they can't look on them the whole time. They don't have the time for that. Just use /ignore or get addons.

Yea but they are not responsible for the transfers. Nostalrius is.

The elysium project has nothing to do with the nostalrius transfers. All that is depending on Nostalrius. They have issues right now with the tokens and the elysium staff as well as twitter has told you multiple times. Maybe you should inform yourself better rather than "wasting your time" on this server :-)

The staff is not able to restore the lost gold & items since they can't look through multiple hundreds of hacked and emptied accounts. Especially since GM's are not able to do so, only very few GM's as well as the admins are able to look through everything. The amount of time they would need to investigate one account alone is just too much. They need to handle 2 server (soon 3) full of tickets, the forums, a lot of ban appeals, bots, etc. All in their freetime. You can't expect them to restore it either, since its unfortunately your own fault for using the same credentials on multiple forums and/or servers. With doing that you just ask for getting your account hacked. I am sorry for your loss tho.

Well, this isn't about a ban from what it seems. This issue happens to everyone that tries to transfer the nost account to the new servers. Unfortunately the nost devs have not found a solution for this yet, the elysium staff can't help with this issue. All you can do is wait :l

I agree there are a lot of bans right now, but you have to agree that almost everyone that gets banned immediately tries to cover it up with "I haven't done anything". A guildmate got banned too in this banwave and he was all like "I'm innocent" as well. Proven wrong by the staff :/

Rather send a PM to one of the higher up GM's and ask for another review. New threads will probably just get locked over and over again.

This still belongs to the bug tracker. Every issue on the bugtracker can be upvoted, upvoted issues usually get priority of being fixed. If you and other players consider it a major issue, they should upvote it after submitting. You can try to make an ingame ticket tho and let a GM .die both. This could resolve this issue already after they respawn.

The elysium staff doesn't just ban players and ignores their appeals... No need to insult them or the server once you get banned.
