I am not incorrect with what I said. The rules say exactly the same. They don't fix mistakes from players. If you have lost an unique quest reward, for example because you got hacked, then they'll restore the item you had, if you have evidence that you previously obtained them. They will not change your decision of choosing a quest reward.

There is a system in place that if you enter the wrong password or 2FA code multiple times, it will temporarily IP ban the one failing to login. This system is in place to protect your account, but sometimes it hits the actual account owner, due to typos on his part for example. The temporary lockout is nothing to worry about, since it usually goes away after between 15 and 60 minutes. You are not able to change the email linked to your ingame account.

Accounts and characters don't just vanish. Please try it again in a bit and be careful. Make sure to write the correct account name, password and/or email.

Ingame and Forum accounts are different. To use both, you have to make one account for each. The ban message you get is an automatic system in place that temporarily locks you out when you type in the wrong password or 2FA code multiple times. This ban usually vanishes after between 15 and 60 minutes. Your characters should be still there.
