Sometimes things don't work out the way they were planned, in which case adjustments, and sometimes even rollbacks, are needed. This is pretty common in all software development. Please remember that despite our popularity, we are a fairly small team of volunteers. Demanding (modern) Blizzard level customer service and development is bit unfair and kinda ridiculous. That is a bit harsh. We do hand-out temporary suspensions for being AFK and botting of course earns the culprit a permanent ban.

Cross-realm BGs require clustering to be implemented first. The true vanilla experience certainly involved queues and lag. To kalojane, we do not offer any such service and never will.
