Some things you can see in the game without any addons, by hovering your mouse over your auto-attack and parry abilities, for example. Additionally, many addons show you more detailed information, like Theorycraft and Titan Bar's Item Bonuses and Combat Stats.

It is the Nostalrius core. As evidenced by our patch notes, the team implemented a large number of fixes on old Nostalrius bugs. I'm sure everyone is happy that the bag bug, for example, is gone.
