As players stated, we do not fix looting mistakes. BiS trinket or not. As for the waiting time, it depends on your issue. Some issues can only be solved when the player and a sufficiently senior GM are both online at the same time. These issues can take even a week or more to solve if you're unlucky. Other issues can be solved by any GM regardless of the player being online or offline, so the ticket can be handled quickly. We do try to prioritise tickets from online players over offline players.

It wasn't in vanilla and I don't think it appeared in TBC either. Or perhaps very late when Blizz started to seriously ruin the game (patch 2.3 onwards). Most quests do not give faction-wide reputation in vanilla, only a small handful do.

Darkrasp is not involved with Elysium in any manner. Crogge and Whitekidney are helping out with the webserver and doing some backend work that had been neglected previously. Asura is helping out the dev team but his main focus obviously is Crestfall. None of the three that actually are helping us out, get to decide on what features or bugs or anything like that Elysium does - in that aspect, we rely on our QA team, led by Link, whom you might remember as we go way back. Neither do they have any say in GM decisions. Shenna is the main administrator and she has the full support of the rest of the Elysium team behind her. I understand that there is some bad blood between you and killerduki on one hand, and some CF staffers on the other, but rest assured that such things will not be carried over here.

It should be fine. If you do experience getting disconnected immediately after logging in, then your version is faulty and you'll have to find a working one. Some localisations change game version from 1.12.1 to 1.12.2 and those will not work.

Usually what happens when we provide concrete examples is that some players pretend to be lawyers and try to figure out loop holes to exploit. But players involved in this latest case taunted and kited Azuregos while another raid was fighting him. This is clearly stated to be griefing in our ToU. If a Horde guild is fighting Azuregos, then an Alliance guild is free to flag for PvP and attack the Horde guild. They are not allowed to remain unflagged and kite/taunt Azuregos in order to reset him. You either wait for your turn and hope that the raid currently fighting the boss wipes OR you turn PvP flag on and attack them. There is no inherent right that all guilds should have a chance to kill world bosses. First comes, first served. And to those concerned that GMs are too ban happy - junior GMs cannot ban at all. Only senior GMs hand out suspensions. If there is any uncertainty of a case, they are instructed to ask for advice from the team leads and assistant team leads. Remember that you can always post a ban appeal on the forum. If you suspect a GM of foul play, you can send a PM to me and I'll sort it out. Or if you suspect me, send a PM to Hades and Nightmare.

Since some posters have reading comprehension issues, allow me to repeat few things that have already been said but apparently, and conveniently, forgotten. Zzuk and Radeghost have never been part of the Elysium team. Whatever their role has been or currently is with the Crestfall team, is up to the Crestfall team. Elysium team has no input on how the Crestfall team runs itself, that's up to them. Just like the Crestfall team has no input on how the Elysium team is run. The announcement of the Legacy Gaming Network did not mean that the teams are merging together. It means that we are cooperating instead of competing. This cooperation involves exchange of information and some team members assisting the other team if and when necessary. So anyone who is shouting that we are somehow utterly incompetent and corrupt because we hired Zzuk and Radeghost is either clueless or wilfully ignorant of facts. We never tried to "smuggle" Whitekidney to the project. Claiming that is completely preposterous since he made, with the blessing of our team, announcements regarding the webserver and its various services (email, forum, etc) alongside Crogge. As I said previously, he has no in-game role or access to player data. I was a GM on Nostalrius already in the time when he supposedly exploited and whatelse. I would not remain in the team if there was something shady going on in the background. That was the great thing about Nostalrius, that no such things were allowed, and we have created the same philosophy over here at Elysium, despite changes in staffing. Please do not get hysterical and proceed to jump into conclusions with partial information, things taken out of context, rumours and hearsay, blatant exaggeration or good old fashioned lying. Lastly, Shenna did not accuse that every player is guilty of WoW-related "crimes" or that our community in its entirety is responsible for this drama brew.

I wish there was a button I could press that would inject common sense into hysterical people. The original thread was removed because it named dozens of players without proper proof. It should have been reported privately to me. The matter is being investigated. The investigation will take time, it's not something that can be verified in an hour or two. Three hours after making this thread, you jumped into the conclusion that nothing is going to be done. I'm sure that everyone sane can appreciate that we fully investigate things before passing judgement.
