The dynamic spawns were "working" during the stress test and I could tell that the mobs were spawning slightly faster. The spawns were not spawning nearly quick enough for a starting areas though.
I read somewhere on the old Nost forums that they don't have the GMs/staff to handle three rapid releases. They also have to tune each server for the patch they are on, if they were all on the same patch version they could just clone the servers.
Where was this addressed?
They have a dynamic spawn system enabled, but it's tuned too low for the starting areas or not working for some quests. The spawns below level 10 should be increased a bit.
