To be honest the best way to make PVE content tuned is to make talents properly tuned. Since 1.12 talent formulas are in place a number of things are just not right. If a server can get proper patched talents each raid would be that much harder. As far as making 1.12 raids harder, you shouldn't. Why? because these are starter raids and starter raids have always been easy. Aq and Naxx is where things got to a new level and even than it was trash and broken mechanics that held teams back.

If you (killerduki) wan't to have a zero intellect off hand more power to you. The rest of your items will have SP and intellect. My god the level of bullshit is amazing. Civ 6, its better than civ 5 but still not as good as Civ 3/4.

Old Nost is best for old nost players. I'm going back to my r12 priest in decent gear, that took 29 in game days to get. If I was new I'd love a fresh start. As it stands I have to much invested into an established character to start new.
