Not broken. Anyway they already posted that they are working on including quest items into the dynamic respawn system that is running already. For now you will just need level man mode.

Ok! It seems I am also now experiencing this problem. Strangely enough it only started mid whisper conversation and now I am unable to talk at all. Made a ticket to see if this can be resolved. GIVE you that extra missed xp and then ofc also every other player that did those chains while it was still giving 30% less xp? Wrong. Xp boosts are lazy as shit and cater to casual boring plebs like yourself. If you want to incentise something then think on the lines of PvP or Quests. Regardless, neither of these suggestions (PvP will happen but extra quests won't happen) will be added to vanilla and 100% your bonus xp boost won't be added either. PS: Desolace and Hillsbarad are awsome (for horde atleast).
