It will happen regardless. You will probably not be playing at the same time as XiaoWhan and Xioashin either so you probably shouldn't really care about it. Don't get me wrong though. I want a general server language aswell, I just don't see them implementing anything to force the issue.

Sounds good to me I approve of the PvP and PvE realm being released at the same time. Makes good sense. The fresh realm will still be my realm though, fits with my plans better.

All names will be available at fresh launch. They have stated that they will wipe the database before the launch. The names for the Old PvP server and the PvE server, that have already been claimed, are not going to be wiped.

Completely subjective. Vanilla still had loads of addons. It is your choice if you wana be smothered in them. I myself am a very lightweight addon user. Just a note: Immersion isn't affected by your addons, it comes down to your environment and player interaction.

I have 3 level 60's on Nost, but I am going to the fresh realm. The reason for this is simple, I want to run a guild. This is easier to do on a server with no pre-established guilds. Pre-launch recruitment is going pretty nice so far aswell. There are also some server goals that will be easier to attain without any pre-estabished guilds on the realm. I also want to play Vanilla for as long as possible, so naturally joining a server halfway through it's life isn't gona be the same as joining a fresh realm. I did consider just picking up where I left off on the old PvP server, but I would need to rebuild the guild again. We will not just farm BWL again because so many of the core won't be there anymore.

I do understand you. Your aim is to mitigate the amount of people in each of the starting zones so leveling will be easier. Like Aslan, I do not agree with any form of advantage over other players. Like Aslan, I do not agree with your hostile responses to LEGIT answers. I will repeat it again for you though. The first 10-15 levels will be very hard to level in the first 2~ weeks. After that the playerbase will be spread enough for it not to matter. Everyone who wants this project, will be on regardless of the difficulty at start. Infact, this might be a point of interest for some of them. TL:DR - any form of leveling boost -----> not going to happen.
